  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together chopped spinach, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast, ensuring not to slice all the way through.
