Delicate red velvet cake truffles coated in creamy white chocolate, perfect for any celebration or a sweet indulgence.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed red velvet cake
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (for rolling)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the crushed red velvet cake with the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate and place it back on the baking sheet.
  6. While the chocolate is still wet, roll the truffles in cocoa powder or add colorful sprinkles on top.
  7. Let them set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
