Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into small meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Place the meatballs in the Instant Pot, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
  4. Pour the BBQ sauce generously over the meatballs, making sure they are well-coated.
  5. Seal the lid of the Instant Pot, set it to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. Release the pressure after allowing for a natural release for 5 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
  7. Serve the meatballs hot, drizzled with any extra BBQ sauce from the pot.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
