  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (like bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Create the glaze: In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce to create the glaze.
  2. Heat the skillet: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Season and sear the chicken: Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet.
  4. Set the chicken aside: Once cooked, remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
  5. Stir-fry the vegetables: In the same skillet, add mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
  6. Glaze it up: Return the chicken to the skillet, pour the glaze over it, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra juiciness, brine the chicken thighs in saltwater for 30 minutes. Feel free to switch up vegetables or proteins as desired.
