  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Combine your ingredients: In a large pot, combine the chicken breasts, chicken broth, chopped carrots, celery, diced onion, minced garlic, and the ranch seasoning.
  2. Bring to a boil: Turn the heat up and bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20-30 minutes.
  3. Shred the chicken: Remove the chicken from the pot and shred it with a fork, then return it to the pot.
