A fun and easy homemade version of the iconic Big Mac, wrapped in a tortilla with all your favorite fixings.

Ingredients

  • Tortillas
  • Ground beef
  • Lettuce (shredded)
  • Cheddar cheese (sliced)
  • Pickles (chopped)
  • Onion (diced)
  • Mayonnaise
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with salt and pepper until it’s perfectly cooked and crumbly.
  2. Whip up the special sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the tortilla base by placing a portion of the cooked ground beef in the center.
  4. Layer on shredded lettuce, chopped pickles, diced onion, and slices of cheddar cheese.
  5. Drizzle some special sauce over the fillings.
  6. Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards and then roll up from the bottom to secure the filling.
  7. Serve immediately, sharing your creation with family or enjoying them yourself.

Notes

Use lean ground beef or substitute with ground turkey for a healthier option. Customize toppings as desired.
