  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, beef broth, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  5. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to combine.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Adjust seasoning to taste. Add crushed red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
