1 onion, chopped
3 cups broccoli florets
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup heavy cream
2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
Browning the beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion over medium heat. Once it’s beautifully browned, drain the excess fat.
