A vibrant and velvety raspberry mousse served in charming heart-shaped molds, perfect for romantic occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries until smooth and strain to remove seeds.
  2. Combine the water and gelatin in a bowl and let it bloom for about 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the raspberry puree and sugar over low heat until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the bloomed gelatin until completely dissolved.
  5. Whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  6. Fold the raspberry mixture into the whipped cream gently.
  7. Pour the mousse into heart-shaped molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  8. Serve chilled, optionally garnished with fresh raspberries.

Notes

To reduce sweetness, adjust sugar as desired. Use fresh raspberries for the best results.
