A delightful dessert combining the sweetness of raspberries with creamy whipped cream, perfect for special occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Puree the raspberries and sugar in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, mix gelatin with water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the bloomed gelatin until dissolved, then mix it into the raspberry puree.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the raspberry mixture gently into the whipped cream until combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into heart-shaped molds and refrigerate for at least 240 minutes until set.
  7. Once set, carefully remove from the molds and serve cold.

Notes

Garnish with fresh raspberries, whipped cream, or chocolate sauce for an extra touch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
