A quick, fulfilling, and vibrant stir fry packed with tender chicken and crisp cabbage, all wrapped in umami flavors.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 4 cups cabbage, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet.
  3. Toss in the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the cabbage and soy sauce, stir well to combine.
  5. Let the cabbage cook down for another 5-7 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
