  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or feta cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until the onion turns translucent.
  3. Introduce the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart and cooking until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped bell pepper and zucchini, cooking until tender.
  5. Mix in oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Cook for an additional 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with parsley or feta cheese if desired.
