Deliciously satisfying gluten-free donut holes that are easy to make and perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together the gluten free flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix the milk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg until well combined in another bowl.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill each muffin cup about 2/3 full with the batter.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the donut holes cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin.
  8. Optionally, roll in cinnamon sugar or drizzle with glaze before serving.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, or refrigerate for up to a week.
