  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce (like sriracha)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a medium bowl.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts in a baking dish with the honey mixture, ensuring each piece is thoroughly coated.
  4. Slide the baking dish into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. Turn on the broiler for an additional 2-3 minutes to caramelize the chicken (optional).
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the chicken before serving.

Notes

For a marinated flavor, let the chicken soak in the glaze for a few hours or overnight before baking. Adjust the heat level by changing the amount of hot sauce.
