A comforting dish of garlic sesame noodles that brings warmth and flavor with every bite.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz noodles (such as spaghetti or udon)
  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Once they are tender, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat sesame oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the garlic oil.
  4. Pour soy sauce over the noodles and mix well.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Great for pairing with grilled chicken or tofu, and can be enjoyed as a main course or a side dish.
