A delightful twist on classic lasagna infused with the rich flavors of garlic butter shrimp scampi, layered with creamy cheese and tender pasta.

Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Butter
  • Garlic, minced
  • Heavy cream
  • Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. Sauté minced garlic in melted butter over medium heat until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  6. Layer a baking dish with lasagna noodles, followed by the shrimp mixture and mozzarella cheese.
  7. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with mozzarella on top.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  10. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
