A delightful summer snack combining fresh strawberries and creamy Greek yogurt into bite-sized frozen treats.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir the mixture until everything is well combined, allowing the sweetness of the strawberries to infuse the yogurt.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking and ensure easy transfer of your bites later.
  4. Use a spoon to drop dollops of the yogurt-strawberry mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, creating small mounds of goodness.
  5. Put the baking sheet in the freezer and let the bites freeze for about 2-3 hours, or until fully frozen.
  6. Once frozen, remove the bites from the baking sheet and transfer them to an airtight container for storage in the freezer. Enjoy them anytime!

Notes

Ensure your strawberries are fresh for the best flavor! For a creamier texture, opt for full-fat Greek yogurt. Experiment with different fruits like blueberries or raspberries based on your taste!
