A simple and flavorful recipe for baking frozen chicken thighs, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place frozen chicken thighs directly on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bake for 45-55 minutes or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes after removing it from the oven.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve.

Notes

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of baking.
