Instructions

  2. In a baking dish, place the chicken thighs skin-side up.
  3. Mix together the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  5. Season with salt and pepper, then scatter any optional vegetables around the chicken.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 1.5 to 2 hours.
