Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the sweet potatoes thoroughly, then pierce them several times with a fork.
  3. Rub the sweet potatoes generously with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the seasoned sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes.
  5. Let the sweet potatoes cool slightly before serving.
