A creamy and delicious egg salad that evokes childhood memories, elevated with fresh chives and served on bread or lettuce.

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces in a medium bowl.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and chopped chives to the bowl with the eggs.
