A delightful and healthy breakfast layered with creamy vanilla yogurt, fresh mixed berries, and crunchy granola.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/2 cup granola
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. In a cup or small glass, layer half of the vanilla yogurt at the bottom.
  2. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  3. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola.
  5. If desired, drizzle honey or maple syrup on top.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
