A creamy and savory twist on classic deviled eggs, loaded with bacon and cheese.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs by placing them in a pot, covering with water, and bringing to a boil. Cover pot, remove from heat, and let sit for 12-14 minutes.
  2. Cool the eggs in an ice water bath to make peeling easier.
  3. Separate the yolks from the whites and place the yolks in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle relish, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Stuff the egg whites with the creamy yolk mixture.
  6. Garnish with paprika and chopped green onions.

Notes

Customize the filling with herbs or spices to your liking.
