Delightful cream puffs filled with whipped cream, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, bring the water and butter to a boil.
  3. Stir in the flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the dough cool slightly.
  5. Beat in the eggs one at a time until the batter is smooth and glossy.
  6. Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the puffs are puffed and golden.
  8. While the puffs are baking, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  9. Once the puffs are cool, slice them open and fill with the whipped cream.
  10. Serve your cream puffs and enjoy!
