A delightful twist on traditional fudge featuring creamy white chocolate, tart cranberries, and a vibrant hint of orange.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 orange, zested
  • 1/4 teaspoon orange extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in dried cranberries, orange zest, orange extract, and salt.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for up to three months. Use good-quality white chocolate for best results.
