  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large baking dish, drizzle the olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the dish.
  3. Season the chicken with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the cream cheese over the chicken.
