Ingredients

  • 1 cup pastry cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  2. In another bowl, prepare the pastry cream if not already made.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pastry cream until combined, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
  4. Use the diplomat cream as a filling for cakes, cupcakes, eclairs, or trifles.
  5. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
