A delightful dish featuring gnocchi tossed in a creamy sauce with smoked salmon and fresh spinach, perfect for quick dinners or special occasions.

  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 8 oz smoked salmon, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese, grated (for serving)

Instructions

  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the smoked salmon and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add the spinach and continue to cook until wilted.
  6. Toss the cooked gnocchi into the skillet and combine well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes
