  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup oats (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the pitted dates in a food processor until smooth.
  3. Add the almond butter, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the date mixture and blend until combined.
  4. Mix in the optional oats if using.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking pan and spread it evenly.
