A delicious treat combining crunchy almonds and rich dark chocolate, perfect for a healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spread the almonds on a baking sheet. Roast them for about 10 minutes.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth.
  3. Dip each roasted almond into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  4. Place the chocolate-covered almonds on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  5. If desired, sprinkle a little sea salt on top of the chocolate before it sets.
  6. Allow the chocolate to harden at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Enjoy!

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
