Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced ham
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Layer the diced ham and sliced potatoes at the bottom of your Crockpot.
  2. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the layered ham and potatoes.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  5. Cover the Crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
