Deliciously crispy wonton tacos filled with savory teriyaki chicken, perfect for weeknight dinners or gatherings.

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying
  • Shredded lettuce
  • Chopped green onions
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix the ground chicken, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, grated ginger, and garlic powder until well combined.
  2. Take a wonton wrapper and place 1-2 tablespoons of the chicken mixture in the center.
  3. Fold the wrapper over the filling to create a taco shape and seal the edges by pinching them together.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry each taco for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  7. Serve the tacos topped with shredded lettuce, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds.
