  • 8 slices of prosciutto
  • 4 ounces of Boursin cheese (or any soft herbed cheese)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like chives or thyme), for garnish
  • Optional: toasted baguette slices or crackers for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay the prosciutto slices on the baking sheet without overlapping.
  4. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. While baking, spread Boursin cheese on the serving platter.
  6. Once crisp, remove the prosciutto and let it cool.
  7. Break prosciutto into smaller pieces or leave whole for serving.
  8. Arrange the prosciutto on top of the Boursin cheese.
  9. Drizzle honey over the prosciutto and cheese.
  10. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  11. Serve immediately with toasted baguette slices or crackers.
