  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces of panbread
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato slices
  • Your favorite burger sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a bowl, mixing ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until sticky.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties about ¾-inch thick.
  3. Cook the patties in a medium-heated skillet for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. Warm the panbread in the same skillet for about one minute on each side.
  5. Assemble the burgers with a crispy chicken patty, fresh lettuce, tomato slices, and your favorite sauce on the warm panbread.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a crispier texture, consider frying the patties instead of cooking them in a skillet. Add different herbs for more flavor.
