A healthy twist on classic fries made from vibrant carrots, seasoned to perfection and air-fried for a crispy delight.

Ingredients

  • 4 large Carrots, peeled and cut into fries
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and cut the carrots into fries, aiming for ¼ inch thickness.
  3. Toss the carrot fries with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a bowl.
  4. Place the carrot fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Serve warm as a snack or side dish.

Notes

For crispier fries, do not overcrowd the air fryer basket. You can also add different spices for flavor variations.
