Deliciously crispy baked potatoes made effortlessly in an air fryer, perfect as a side dish or snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and dry the medium potatoes. Poke holes into each potato with a fork.
  3. Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until well-coated.
  4. Place the seasoned potatoes in the air fryer basket and cook for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
