A delightful combination of crispy chicken drumsticks enveloped in a velvety creamy sauce with a touch of paprika, served over fluffy steamed rice.

  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups steamed rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the chicken drumsticks with olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
  3. Sauté chopped onion and minced garlic over medium heat until softened.
  4. Add the seasoned chicken drumsticks to the skillet and brown them on all sides.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine, coating the chicken.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Notes

Don’t skip browning the chicken for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
