Delicious and easy-to-make creamy jalapeño poppers that are perfect for parties or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 10 Fresh jalapeños
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 cup Bacon bits (optional)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. Mix together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Fill each jalapeño half with the creamy mixture.
  5. Sprinkle bacon bits on top if using.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
