A creamy and spicy ramen dish topped with a soft-boiled egg, perfect for cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of gochugaru (Korean red pepper flakes)
  • 1 tablespoon of gochujang (Korean red chili paste)
  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Sauté sesame oil in a pan over medium heat, add gochugaru and gochujang; stir for about a minute until fragrant.
  3. Add heavy cream and soy sauce, stirring well until combined and heated through.
  4. Toss in the cooked ramen noodles and mix until fully coated with the sauce.
  5. Serve the ramen in bowls, topped with chopped green onions and a soft-boiled egg.
  6. Season with salt to taste and enjoy!

Notes

For perfectly soft-boiled eggs, simmer for 6-7 minutes and plunge into ice water before peeling. Adjust spice levels by modifying amounts of gochugaru or gochujang.
