Delicious turkey stuffing balls infused with tart cranberries and herbs, perfect for holidays or cozy dinners.

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • Olive oil, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, sauté the finely chopped onion, celery, and minced garlic until fragrant and tender.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, chopped cranberries, sautéed veggies, dried sage, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stir in the lightly beaten eggs and chicken broth until everything is evenly mixed.
  5. Using your hands, roll the mixture into 1-1½ inch balls and place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Lightly drizzle the formed balls with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Let the stuffing balls cool for about 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with dipping sauces or fresh salads. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months.
