Delightful bite-sized appetizers featuring a flavorful combination of cranberry pepper jelly, cream cheese, fresh green onions, and cheddar, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry pepper jelly
  • 1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach leaves

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cranberry pepper jelly, green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  2. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface, leaving about ½ inch around the edges.
  3. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese and top with a few spinach leaves for color and freshness.
  4. Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly into a log. Make sure to keep it firm but not too tight, so the ingredients have room to stay inside.
  5. Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling until you have several rolls ready.
  6. Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  7. Once chilled, remove the wrap and slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels. Arrange on a serving platter and enjoy immediately, or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is softened for a creamy texture. Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
