  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup cranberry pepper jelly
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the phyllo cups on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until golden and crispy.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cranberry pepper jelly, chopped green onions, and walnuts. Mix until smooth.
  4. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
