  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to set the stage for our beautiful bake.
  2. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Sear the chicken for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour the cranberry sauce over the top.
  6. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve with brown rice or mashed potatoes. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
