A delightful blend of buttery pastry, creamy Brie cheese, and tart cranberry sauce, topped with nuts for a crunchy finish.

Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line your baking sheet.
  2. Unroll the crescent dough in a circular shape, overlapping the points.
  3. Place the Brie cheese in the center of the crescent ring.
  4. Spread cranberry sauce over the Brie.
  5. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the cranberry sauce.
  6. Fold the triangles of dough over the filling and tuck the tips underneath.
  7. Whisk together egg and water to create an egg wash.
  8. Brush the egg wash over the crescent ring.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes and garnish with herbs before serving.
