  • 1 pizza crust
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup crab meat, cooked
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza crust on a lightly floured surface to fit your pizza pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, mozzarella cheese, green onions, garlic powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well blended.
  4. Spread the crab filling evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
  6. Drizzle with sweet and sour sauce before serving.
