A delightful and comforting Cottage Cheese Egg Bake, packed with protein from cottage cheese and eggs, enriched with bell peppers and onions.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.
  3. Stir in the diced bell peppers and onions.
  4. Grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.
