Delightfully crispy and nutritious chips made from cottage cheese, perfect for snacking or serving with dips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (like cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cornmeal or breadcrumbs (for coating, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Coat a baking tray with olive oil and optionally sprinkle with cornmeal or breadcrumbs.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared tray, shaping them into small chips.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until crispy and golden.
  6. Cool slightly before serving.
