  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine cottage cheese, eggs, oats, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Mix well until blended.
  3. Fold in the fresh blueberries gently.
