  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter and press into the bottom of the baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla together until smooth and creamy.
  4. Fold in cookie dough and mini chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  5. Spread the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust evenly.
  6. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cheesecake mixture.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
