Indulgent truffles combining Biscoff cookies, cream cheese, and white chocolate for a creamy, sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Biscoff cookies, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff butter
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 8 oz white chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup cookie crumbs (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with Biscoff butter and cream cheese until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
  5. Dip the chilled truffles into the melted white chocolate to coat them completely.
  6. Roll the coated truffles in cookie crumbs.
  7. Allow the truffles to set in the refrigerator until the chocolate hardens.
  8. Serve and enjoy each bite of these luscious truffles.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for easier blending. Add coconut oil to melted chocolate if it thickens.
